The all-BIPOC Embrace Change team is composed of strategic leadership, executive, and career coaches dedicated to supporting their clients to their maximum potential within fast-paced and high-stakes work environments in a psychologically safe manner. We have a number of areas of expertise including: leadership and management; managing up; building inclusive workplace cultures; navigating team dynamics; recruiting; increasing employee retention and engagement; having and navigating difficult conversations; moving forward through obstacles at work or in the field; executive presence; boundary-setting; healthy work-life balance; and stress management.
We offer individual and group career coaching solutions, workshop training and facilitation, one-time speaking engagements, professional and leadership development training and resources, as well as related consulting services.
Our work is deeply transformative in that it supports individual clients through a tailored and personalized journey of experiential learning and exploration––which helps our clients perform their work duties in a more proactive, empowered, and constructive manner.
