These programs can be taught in (1) hour sessions as well as presented over (6)-weeks. Wu Ming Qigong is a martial art that has been practiced for thousands of years to help stimulate the flow of energy in the body and support the natural healing process. According to the Nei Jing, the classical TCM medical text, energy is needed to support all life. This practice brings awareness to our connection with nature and allows us to begin to make choices based on this understanding. This practice helps increase discipline, focus, clarity and a greater sense of emotional stability. On the financial side, we offer simple, practical and effective programs that highlight the major components of a healthy wealth management plan. We strongly encourage our clients to act responsibly towards their finances by living within their means and resist accumulating large quantities of debt. In addition to group classes we offer one-on-one coaching sessions to help customize each program to fit the individualized need of the client. Our mission is to foster growth and positively impact each community by empowering each member with education, practical tools and wisdom. |
