Alyssa went on to graduate Manhattan college in 2021, pass the Civil F.E and the P.E. exam. Throughout college, Ms. Hirani gained experience at Hirani Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C. She was responsible for producing CAD surveys which were then reviewed and stamped by both a P.E. and LS, shop drawings, weekly vibration monitoring reports, internal quality assurance of drawings and reports. Ms. Hirani has also worked on the 207th track yard under Iovino Enterprise where she was responsible for reporting to the project manager. At 207th she utilized Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and project libre to overlay GO with contract drawings and manage scheduling. Additionally, she was responsible for understanding the scope, project surveying, invoicing, and MTA policies. Most recently, Ms. Hirani worked at Manhattan West under Brookfield Properties where she reported to the Vice President of Construction at Manhattan West. She gained further experience in analyzing associated cost trends with Covid-19 mitigation tactics. She analyzed trends in both direct cost of construction, budget savings, and supply chains. She took her knowledge obtained from these various positions and her lifetime of knowledge being raised by a P.E. and business owner to start her own firm, ANE Consulting. ANE specializes in drafting, BIM, shop drawings, MPT drawings, inspections, Pre-Con Reports, expediting/permitting, field/assistant project manager, estimating, scheduling, and GIS, etc...
