Writing programs ? Youth Leadership and Action (or Youth-led Social Change) programs Hello Insight supports organizations and programs to: ? Share in a common set of valid and standardized metrics of social and emotional learning outcomes and positive youth development practices that have been developed with peer programs, staff and youth; ? Conduct a cost-effective program evaluation through a user-friendly online platform that offers surveys via any internet-accessible device or by paper surveys (also available in multiple languages); ? Understand youth assets and growth potential, at the beginning of programming; ? Access highly accurate predictive and prescriptive analytic models; ? Use data-driven PYD recommendations, generated by artificial intelligence (AI) technology, that leverage an ever-growing dataset to identify what has worked for youth with similar attributes; ? Access rigorously analyzed pre/post matched data, that highlight significant growth, and provide benchmarks; ? Communicate findings, insights and priority recommendations to various stakeholders, including: youth, families, staff, board members, and funders; and ? Contribute to and benefit from a rapidly growing shared dataset. As a collective, we share our findings locally, regionally and nationally and ignite national discussions to amplify the work of our partners and their learnings to support the larger youth development field. Hello Insight is widely adopted, especially in New York City. Algorhythm is a preferred assessment partner with the YMCA of the USA and is engaged with more than 200 Ys across the country. In addition, numerous foundations and national membership organizations have supported local partners to participate in Hello Insight, for example: NYC Service, The New York Community Trust, Youth INC, Vita Sports Partners/VITA Hub NYC, Laureus Sport for Good Foundation, The Chicago Cubs, The LA Dodgers Foundation, Camp Fire, BUILD, The Funders Collaborative on Youth Organizing (FCYO), Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative, Elma Philanthropies, and Newark Thrives. In partnership with NYU Metro Center (The Metropolitan Center for Research on Equity and the Transformation of Schools), our tools are currently being used as part of several, multi-year studies being supported by the W.T. Grant Foundation, Institute for Education Science (IES), and the Kellogg Foundation. Our founders and leadership team have more than fifty years of collective expertise and experience in providing applied research and evaluation services, especially in NYC, before creating Algorhythm.
