SECOND FLOOR TERMINAL A. OFFICE 1 - TAPE RECORDER B. OFFICE 2 - EQUIPMENT RACK AND A FEW ODDS & ENDS C. WORK SHOP - REMOVE ALL BOOKS, REFRIGERATOR, BENCHES, ETC. 2. THIRD FLOOR TERMINAL A. EQUIPMENT ROOM - CLEAN OUT LOCKER, DESK, DRAFTING TABLE, ETC. 3. FOURTH FLOOR TERMINAL A. EQUIPMENT ROOM - CLEAN OUT ALL LOOSE EQUIPMENT, TABLE, CHAIRS, ETC. B. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE THE GS 33 SHELTER & FOUNDATIONS (GRADE BEAMS) AND DISPOSE. C. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE AND TRANSPORT THE GS 15 BUILDING AND GALVANIZED STAIRS TO THE RADAR SITE AT THE GRIFFIS AIR PARK. THE BUILDING LOCATION AT THE RADAR SITE SHALL BE FIELD DETERMINED. THE BUILDING SHALL BE SET ON 3 PRESSURE TREATED 4 X 6'S. A CRANE SHALL BE USED TO LIFT THE BUILDING AT EACH LOCATION. D. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE THE DEBRIS, TELCO STUB POST AND TRANSFORMER INCLUDING FOUNDATION & METAL HOUSING OUTSIDE THE MALSR 15 SHELTER. THE TRANSFORMER TEST RESULTS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE FAA AS SOON AS THE CONTRACTOR PROVIDES A SERIAL NUMBER; ALL TRANSFORMERS AT THE ONEIDA COUNTY AIRPORT HAVE BEEN TESTED FOR PCB'S AND CAME BACK NEGATIVE. |
