Some of our key workshops include: creating psychologically safe environments, giving feedback in ways that lead to action, conflict resolution, effective communication, strategic planning and monitoring, collective decision-making, engaging presentations, and more. 2. Full-Team Transformation – This program engages employees and leaders within a single office to work together to transform their team culture. The approach uses the Kaleidoscope Method, where teams engage in an inquiry-based effort to collect team data, identify points of intervention, set goals, and then work together to achieve those goals. 3. Research and Communications – This program supports leaders in conducting research to identify what’s working and what’s not in terms of team dynamics. This includes 360 assessments, culture surveys, program evaluation, and other methods. We then work with the leaders to share the information in ways that get senior leaders and employees lit on fire to create change. |
